Richard is a jack of all trades and has a broad network of tradesman that he can bring aboard to tackle even the most technically complex jobs.

CONSTRUCTION LABOR includes but are not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, plaster & painting, appliance installation, demolition & rubbish disposal, tile installation & repair, floor installation, etc.

GENERAL CONTRACTING includes assisting client with locating quality subcontractors, facilitating the bid process and management of the subcontractors.

QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTIONS are available to provide a third-party analysis of ongoing construction projects. This can be on behalf of the property owner, property manager and/or bank. In addition, Richard is often hired as a consultant for real estate buyer seeking to purchase fixer uppers to provide them an expert analysis of the property and prospective work involved to refurbish.
