QUALITY: In addition to architectural design, Manhatta Architecture’s founder Richard Garey has spent years building, renovating and maintaining properties.  He has an understanding of products not only in terms of specification but also installation and maintenance.  Unlike many of his contemporaries, Richard is not afraid to get his hands dirty.  Part of the reason he does so is so his clients do not have to contend with products and design solutions that may look nice at the time of installation but do not hold up.  Implementing quality is fundamental to providing long-term value.
